- Regional Manager to Monitor , Supervise and Drive Sales Team for the
- region ie. typically East and North East India ( Indore, Bhopal, Raipur, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Siliguri ,Jamshedpur , Ranchi and Lucknow)
- Carry Revenue targets for the region
- Ensure optimized bottom line revenue
- Travel upto 60 % in any given month
- Undertake Weekly Reviews
- Motivate the team
- Help the sales team members to close business
- Interact and update the C Level management
- Maintain CRM and Proper Reporting
- Maintain good relations with all Top Clients individually
- Position based out of Kolkata
- Set up Sales Agency or Partner Network wherever necessary
